Delivery period

• 2 to 7 business days after the following date of completing payment (except weekends and holidays, 4 to 8 days in mountainous regions and islands)
• Custom-made products or installation products: 5 to 15 business days (up to 30 days, except weekends and holidays)
• This product may be out of stock, depending on the circumstance of the contractors. If this occurs, we will notify and give you a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchange/Return/Cancellation

• You may request for returning the product within 7 days upon receipt.

No exchange/return will be allowed if (except faulty products)

• The validity period for return/exchange has expired.

Reference on exchange/return

• You can only request for exchange/return within the validity period only unless the product is faulty.
• Your request for return may not be accepted if collection of the item you returned for exchange or refund is due to a reason attributable to the customer.

• No reimbursement will be made for products whose price has changed over time.
