Lost, damaged, or delayed shipment claims
The courier company is responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during shipment which are subject to the courier company’s compensation policies. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipment, you can file a compensation claim against the courier company.
In case that the courier company, in accordance with their compensation policies, does not cover the loss, damage, or delay of your package (including but not limited toshipments of fragile items, shipments that exceed the maximum liability, and other cases,) 11STREET will not be held liable for compensation under any circumstances.
